The Freeman Center for Anxiety, Recovery & Trauma is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to become an integral part of our innovative mental health care team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy sessions through virtual platforms, tailoring your approach to suit the unique needs of each client.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to establish personalized treatment plans, placing an emphasis on evidence-based practices.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies to address diverse client issues.
• Document progress notes and treatment updates promptly and accurately within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all ethical guidelines and regulations.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide holistic treatment solutions and participate in case reviews.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from children and adolescents to adults and families. Your focus will include clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma histories, and stress management. The diverse population you will serve requires a commitment to culturally competent care and a passion for understanding the unique contexts of each client’s experience.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Current and active licensure as a Professional Counselor in the State of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience working therapeutically with children and families, showcasing a solid understanding of developmental and systemic issues.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport and engage clients effectively.
• Self-motivated with superior organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing teletherapy services and familiarity with EHR systems is advantageous.
• Specialization or training in trauma-informed care or family systems therapy is highly desirable.
• Prior involvement in collaborative case management with interdisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 based on qualifications and experience. In addition to a comprehensive compensation package, we provide:
