Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate appropriate treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances and needs.
Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is impactful and goal-oriented.
Utilize a range of therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy to address the specific concerns of clients.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure an integrated approach to patient care that enriches the therapeutic process.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation of clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing our electronic medical record (EMR) system.
Stay updated on advancements in mental health care by attending relevant workshops and professional development opportunities, ensuring your skills remain sharp and adaptive to industry changes.
As an LPC at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse client base that may include children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. You will be equipped to support clients dealing with trauma, substance use disorders, relationship issues, and a wide array of emotional difficulties.
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Washington State is essential.
A minimum of 2 years of professional counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is necessary to qualify for this role.
Strong knowledge of ethical standards, legal regulations, and best practices in counseling is critical for success.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a therapeutic environment are a must.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and effectively communicate with other healthcare professionals is essential.
Specialization in areas like trauma, substance abuse, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable and will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
