Key Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering positive therapeutic relationships based on professional ethics and personal warmth.
• Conduct regular sessions with clients to assess their progress, stability, and readiness for discharge when appropriate, ensuring continuity of care.
• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and progress notes that reflect each client's journey.
• Administer comprehensive intake assessments to determine the needs and circumstances of new clients accurately.
• Lead therapeutic individual sessions, employing evidence-based practices to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Engage in regular individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and ensure best practices.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to create integrated care approaches, benefiting your clients holistically.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a varied outpatient clientele, including adults, children, and families facing diverse mental health challenges. Our focus is on providing tailored support in a safe environment, enhancing the overall well-being of our clients and their families.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation.
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
• Proficiency in using computer systems including Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to both individuals and families.
• Comfort and competence in conducting intake assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

Compensation and Benefits

We value the contribution of our clinicians and offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 – 90,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
