Hiring Immediately for Long-Term Placement

LPN: Pay and Benefits:

• $31 an hour

• Paid every Friday.

• Insurance available for Full-Time Employees (must work a minimum of 30 hours per week)

LPN: Shift and Interview Details:

• Phone interview

• 12 hours days and nights, 36 hours/week

• Must work every other weekend.

• Must Work 1 major summer and 1 major winter holiday.

• Orientation: 1st and 16th of every month (if the 1st or 16th falls on a weekend or holiday, orientation will be the next business day) from 8am-5pm.

LPN: Job Description:

• Provide care, treatment, and general welfare of patients.

• May supervise the work of others and works under general supervision, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

• Performs Nursing duties within the assigned areas and assigned shift, including the collection of lab work and other health screenings.

• Keeps informed of and follows all agency, facility and unit policies and procedures.

• Assists the RN Supervisor with on-the-job Nursing instruction.

LPN: Job Requirements:

• Must pass Drug Screen and Fingerprint

• Must have at least 1 year LPN experience (psych, nursing home, and/or corrections)

• Must be proficient in Med Pass

LPN: Credential Requirements:

• Active Nursing License

• Current American Heart Association BLS

• Current TB (if you have a positive TB, Chest X-ray is required)

• Current Flu (Medical and Religious waiver available)
