Position Summary
As a License Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse in Towne Square Memory Care, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality nursing care to the residents. Your compassion, clinical expertise, and attention to detail will contribute to our residents' overall health and happiness. This role is part-time, working three shifts over a biweekly pay period, during second shift hours from 2:45pm to 11pm. Starting pay is $35 per hour. We also offer a shift differential and weekend differential.
Additional Duties
- Responsible for administering medications and treatment, and maintaining proper charting for the unit, in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, regulations, and departmental policies and procedures.
- Responsible for maintaining a high standard of resident care through quality nursing.
- Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident, family, and staff.
Qualifications
- LPN licensure in Indiana
- Knowledge of medical language and terminology
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with Dementia, Alzheimer's disease, and other forms of Dementia.
- Basic understanding of standard computer systems and office equipment, especially Point Click Care (PCC) and Risk Watch.
