Work Environment

This position is onsite at our corporate facility in Silver Spring, Maryland, where you'll be part of a supportive team focused on driving results and exceeding targets. The typical work schedule runs from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the understanding that occasional travel may be required for client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to penetrate the assigned territory, effectively identifying and connecting with prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to understand the needs and preferences of healthcare providers, ensuring that our offerings are effectively positioned to meet their requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, surgical centers, and specialty clinics, understanding their specific challenges and how our solutions can address them.
• Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to healthcare professionals, focusing on the clinical advantages and benefits of our medical devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as product management, marketing, and customer support—to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor developments, utilizing this knowledge to continuously adapt sales strategies for maximum effectiveness.
• Monitor sales performance data, manage customer interactions, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports to achieve sales objectives and targets.
• Participate in industry conferences and training sessions to enhance your knowledge and expand your professional network.
• Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing customer questions and issues promptly to foster long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to function independently and manage time effectively while working toward sales targets.
• Proficiency in using sales tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage accounts and analyze sales data.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in medical device sales or pharmaceutical sales is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
