Medical Assistant

Salary: $45,000–$55,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: Corona, NY

Position Summary

We are hiring a Medical Assistant to help keep our pediatric office organized and efficient. This role involves direct patient care, supporting clinical staff, and ensuring a comfortable experience for children and families. Ability to speak Spanish, Urdu, Hindi, Uzbeki, or Arabic is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Record vital signs and update patient charts
• Prepare exam rooms and assist during pediatric appointments
• Administer vaccines and perform routine lab work
• Manage scheduling, patient check-ins, and follow-ups
• Support communication between families and healthcare providers
• Maintain well-stocked, patient-ready spaces

Qualifications

• Completed MA training or certification
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
• Spanish language skills preferred
• Dependable transportation required for travel to multiple locations
