Medical Assistant – California

Are you an organized Medical Assistant looking to make a difference in a fast-paced clinical environment? We’re seeking a dedicated MA to join our growing team in California, where you’ll play an essential role in providing top-quality patient care and support.

Salary Range: $40,000 – $60,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Setting: Outpatient Clinic | Family Practice | Urgent Care | Specialty Office (customizable)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and prepare patients for examinations
2. Collect and document vital signs and patient history
3. Assist healthcare providers during exams and minor procedures
4. Administer medications and perform basic lab tests (as allowed)
5. Maintain exam rooms, medical equipment, and supply inventory
6. Accurately update electronic medical records (EMRs)

Qualifications:

1. Completion of a Certified Medical Assistant program
2. Active Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA preferred)
3. CPR/BLS certification
4. Prior clinical experience is a plus
5. Strong communication and multitasking skills
6. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus (optional)
