The Clinical Medical Assistant will work onsite in our outpatient office, where a supportive and collaborative atmosphere thrives. Assist the medical doctor during patient evaluations by preparing necessary tools and ensuring efficiency in appointments, thereby directly impacting patient satisfaction and flow.
Collaborate with the physician in developing detailed treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, ensuring adherence to best practices in care delivery.
Conduct essential medical procedures such as taking vital signs, administering injections, and performing basic diagnostic tests following established protocols.
Maintain accurate patient records and update medical charts for all patients, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline data management.
Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of procedures and answering questions with empathy to foster trust and understanding.
Monitor patient progress through regular check-ins and assessments, promptly reporting any concerns or changes in condition to the medical doctor.
Help manage office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow, which includes scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and assisting with administrative tasks.
Ensure the office environment is clean and organized, actively contributing to operations that enhance patient comfort and satisfaction.
This role primarily supports a diverse patient population, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients seeking preventive care and treatment for various health issues. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
Completion of a medical assistant training program or equivalent experience is essential.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and basic clinical procedures.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment, demonstrating mutual respect among colleagues.
Prior experience in a medical assistant role, particularly in outpatient settings.
