You will be working in a dynamic and fast-paced clinic environment where teamwork and patient-centered care are paramount. Assist the medical doctor in conducting thorough patient evaluations, including recording medical histories and performing preliminary assessments to gather pertinent health information.
Contribute actively to the development and execution of individualized treatment plans under the guidance of the physician, ensuring that the patient's needs are at the forefront.
Perform essential clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, administering injections, and preparing patients for diagnostic procedures or examinations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records by documenting patient interactions, treatment progress, and any changes in health status as part of our commitment to quality care.
Engage with patients to explain procedures, address their concerns, and provide educational materials to empower them in managing their health.
Monitor patient progress post-treatment, promptly alerting the medical doctor about any fluctuations in condition that require attention.
Assist with the overall management of clinic operations, including coordinating patient flow and ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and ready to serve our patients.

A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; candidates with relevant certifications or equivalent experience may also be considered.
You must have completed a medical assistant training program or possess equivalent hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with medical terminology, clinical procedures, and electronic health record (EHR) systems is essential for efficient patient care and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must; the ideal candidate will be empathetic, supportive, and able to interact positively with patients and their families.
Prior experience working in a community health setting or with similar patient populations is highly desirable.
Experience utilizing electronic health record systems to manage patient information efficiently can provide a significant advantage in this role.
The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 30,000 and 50,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
