Key Responsibilities

• Perform essential administrative tasks, such as scheduling patient appointments, efficiently managing the flow of patient information, and maintaining accurate electronic health records (EHR) in compliance with data security protocols.
• Provide a warm welcome to patients, collecting detailed medical histories, and ensuring their comfort while preparing them for examinations and treatments.
• Assist physicians during various procedures and examinations, demonstrating proficiency in medical terminology and equipment to maintain a sterile and organized environment.
• Professionally collect and prepare specimens for laboratory testing, ensuring they are accurately labeled and documented, following standard operating procedures.
• Administer medications, including injections, under physician supervision, ensuring adherence to strict dosage and safety protocols to safeguard patient health.
• Conduct basic lab tests such as urinalysis, blood glucose monitoring, and EKGs, accurately documenting findings to contribute to patient assessments.
• Educate patients on medication instructions, procedures, and wellness practices, utilizing strong communication skills to promote understanding and empowerment.
• Carry out routine patient care tasks—measuring vital signs, documenting health data meticulously, and assisting to ensure a comprehensive understanding of each patient's status.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in examination rooms, including sterilizing instruments and managing inventory levels of medical supplies, thus supporting operational efficiency.

Compensation and Benefits
