Full Job Description

We are excited to welcome a talented and experienced Pain Management Physician to our healthcare team. As a key player in providing specialized care, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of patients dealing with chronic pain. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in pain management, combined with the clinical expertise needed to deliver personalized and effective treatment options.

In this role, you’ll work closely with a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. You should be comfortable engaging with patients in a supportive, patient-centered environment, helping them navigate treatment options with understanding and respect.

Salary:

• $400,000 to $600,000 per year with full benefits

Work Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Patient Volume:

• 20 patients per day
• Perform 20-30 procedures weekly in the Surgical Center

Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate patients' pain conditions and medical history.
• Create personalized treatment plans with both pharmacological and non-pharmacological approaches.
• Administer interventional procedures such as nerve blocks and epidural injections.
• Prescribe and monitor pain medications to optimize patient outcomes.
• Educate patients on pain self-management strategies.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.

Qualifications:

• MD/DO degree
• Active New York State Medical License
• 1+ years of experience in pain management
• DEA certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
