Our practice emphasizes a collaborative work atmosphere, where Psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and social workers come together as a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to our patients.
Conduct in-depth psychiatric evaluations and assessments, determining accurate diagnosis and developing individualized treatment plans that align with each patient’s unique needs.
Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications with precision, ensuring consistent monitoring and follow-up appointments to gauge effectiveness and patient progress.
Deliver ongoing psychiatric treatment, implementing evidence-based therapies and interventions to enhance patients’ overall mental health.
Collaborate closely with colleagues in a multidisciplinary team setting, sharing insights and strategies to create comprehensive, integrative treatment plans that consider the whole person: their biological, psychological, and social circumstances.
Regularly participate in team meetings and case conferences, discussing treatment progression and making necessary adjustments in real-time to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic medical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring quality care documentation.
Engage in ongoing professional development and education to remain at the forefront of advancements in psychiatric medicine, developing new skills and techniques to better serve our patient community.

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school.
Board certification in Psychiatry is required.
Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice Psychiatry in Alaska.
Demonstrated experience diagnosing and treating a broad spectrum of psychiatric disorders across various age groups.
Strong understanding of psychopharmacology and skill in managing complex medication regimens.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for effective collaboration with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
A passion for delivering patient-centered care with empathy and respect, fostering a supportive environment for all.
Previous experience in a concierge medicine or similar outpatient setting is highly desirable.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is preferred for efficient management of patient documentation.
Experience with engaging in public community outreach or mental health advocacy is advantageous.
The salary for this position ranges from USD 300,000 to 400,000 per year, depending on your experience and expertise.
