Work Environment

This is an onsite role based in our welcoming facilities located in Concord, NH. Our practice employs a concierge medicine model, which means that our Pediatricians enjoy a more personalized interaction with their patients, allowing for longer consultation times and thorough follow-up on care plans. The working schedule is primarily Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the possibility of occasional weekend and evening hours to cater to patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to compile detailed medical histories and understand their primary health concerns.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of pediatric patients and administer appropriate treatments based on best practices.
• Develop and recommend personalized wellness plans that encompass preventative care and targeted interventions to promote long-term health.
• Advise families on fostering a healthy lifestyle, including tips on sleep hygiene, nutrition, and physical activity.
• Maintain organized and meticulous medical records to track patient progress and inform future care decisions.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $225,000 to $275,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a quarterly bonus structure.
