Work Environment

This role is primarily based onsite in Winston-Salem, NC, offering a flexible schedule that accommodates both weekday and occasional weekend appointments. Key Responsibilities

• Patient Consultations: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to collect detailed medical histories, understand risk factors, and examine symptoms associated with cardiovascular illnesses.
• Diagnostic Testing: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as electrocardiograms (ECGs), echocardiograms, cardiac catheterizations, and stress tests to arrive at accurate diagnoses.
• Treatment Planning: Craft personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings, which may include prescribing medications, advising lifestyle changes, or recommending surgical interventions as necessary.
• Cardiac Procedures: Perform and oversee critical cardiac procedures, including angioplasty and stent placement, ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients.
• Managing Chronic Conditions: Provide continuous care and monitoring for patients with chronic heart diseases, ensuring adherence to treatment plans and adjusting strategies as required.
• Acute Care: Respond promptly to cardiac emergencies, providing immediate care for conditions such as acute myocardial infarction and arrhythmias.
• Preventive Care: Educate patients on heart health, discussing proactive measures to prevent the onset of cardiovascular diseases.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a team of healthcare professionals, including other specialists, to create comprehensive treatment plans for complex cardiac cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits
