Serendipity Maternity Care is actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time Obstetrics and Gynecology Physician to join our team in Lakewood, New Jersey. This role demands professionalism and a high level of expertise in women's health, enabling healthcare delivery that prioritizes patient well-being and satisfaction. You will work on-site in a supportive hospital environment that fosters collaboration among various healthcare disciplines. Our facility offers state-of-the-art medical technology and resources, which empower you to provide high-quality care while ensuring a smooth workflow. Your work schedule will consist of Monday to Friday, with 8-hour day shifts, ensuring a balanced work-life dynamic.
We work with a diverse patient population, catering to women of all ages and backgrounds in Lakewood and its surrounding areas. Our commitment to cultural sensitivity and personalized care allows us to effectively address a wide spectrum of health concerns while promoting accessibility and understanding among our patients.
While we require a robust educational background and clinical experience, we would prefer candidates who have engaging records in outpatient settings and strong community outreach. The compensation for this role ranges from $176,325 to $202,481 annually, complemented by additional bonuses, commission structures, and a competitive signing bonus, depending on experience and qualifications.
