Key Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of complex cardiovascular surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting, valve repair/replacement, thoracic aortic surgery, and heart transplantation.
• Develop individualized preoperative and postoperative care plans, ensuring comprehensive treatment that adheres to the highest clinical standards.
• Collaborate effectively with referring physicians and cardiologists to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient medical histories and physical examinations, supplemented by diagnostic tests to make informed surgical decisions.
• Engage in ongoing education and research activities, contributing to clinical trials and staying abreast of advancements in cardiac surgery techniques.
• Mentor and train medical residents and fellows, infusing the next generation of surgeons with knowledge and skills rooted in best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role includes an annual salary ranging from USD 600,000 to 800,000, commensurate with experience and expertise.
