Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose and manage a range of acute and chronic conditions, ensuring a holistic approach to health.
• Develop individualized treatment plans integrating the latest medical guidelines with patient preferences and values.
• Actively educate patients and their families on disease prevention, lifestyle modifications, and wellness strategies, including promoting routine health screenings and vaccinations.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems to streamline access to patient information and facilitate follow-ups.
• Coordinate patient care with specialists and additional healthcare providers as necessary, ensuring a seamless health experience for our patients.
• Utilize innovative technologies and methodologies for remote patient monitoring when appropriate, enhancing patient outcomes through real-time health management.
• Advocate for patients by guiding them through their healthcare journey, addressing concerns, and facilitating access to additional resources when specialized care is needed.
• Engage in continuous professional development and stay current with medical advancements, new treatments, and best practices in Family Medicine.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The physician will serve a diverse patient population spanning all age groups, from newborns to seniors, within the Battle Mountain community. Our practice emphasizes not only the treatment of illnesses but also the promotion of overall health and well-being. You will provide care that is culturally sensitive and responsive to the unique needs of each patient and their family.

Qualifications

• A valid medical license to practice as a Physician in the State of Nevada.
• Doctorate in Medicine (MD) from an accredited institution, with a focus on Family Medicine.
• Current DEA registration and Drug Enforcement Administration Registration Certification.
• Board certified/eligible in Family Medicine, demonstrating a commitment to the specialty.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to relate effectively to patients of diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, allowing for efficient patient care and documentation.

Preferred Experience

• At least 2 years of experience providing comprehensive care in a Family Medicine setting.
• Background in concierge medicine or similar personalized care models is a plus.
• Experience with electronic health record systems to enhance patient care delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $280,000 to $300,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
