Work Environment

This position is based onsite in Mesquite, NV, where you will provide care through house calls and in our modern facility. You will enjoy a flexible working schedule of four 10-hour days per week, allowing for a balanced lifestyle while ensuring comprehensive patient coverage. As part of a rotating on-call schedule, you will respond promptly to emergencies and acute cardiac needs, reinforcing our commitment to providing timely and effective care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations using advanced diagnostic testing to determine the best course of action for each individual.
• Perform interventional procedures such as angioplasty and cardiac catheterization, while employing the latest techniques in minimally invasive surgery.
• Interpret various diagnostic imaging results, including echocardiograms and cardiac MRI/CT scans, to inform treatment strategies and patient management plans.
• Collaborate with our surgical team to ensure coordinated care for patients undergoing procedures, from preoperative assessments to postoperative follow-ups.
• Engage actively in clinical research, contributing to studies that aim to enhance treatment protocols and patient outcomes while striving for publication in prestigious cardiovascular journals.
• Lead community outreach programs to educate both patients and the healthcare community about cardiac health, prevention strategies, and the importance of early intervention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice caters to a diverse range of patients, from those requiring routine cardiac assessments to individuals with complex cardiovascular conditions needing specialized care. The focus is on providing individualized and compassionate care, ensuring that each patient’s unique needs are met within a supportive environment. You will work with both acute and chronic cases, offering insights that make a meaningful difference in patient lives.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board Certification in Cardiology (ABIM or equivalent) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience in clinical cardiology practice, demonstrating successful patient outcomes and clinical expertise.
• Expertise in interventional cardiology procedures and a thorough understanding of advanced cardiac technologies.

Preferred Experience

• Prior involvement in cardiovascular research with a record of publication in peer-reviewed journals is highly preferable.
• Demonstrated ability to engage in community health initiatives and patient education.
• Experience in a concierge medicine or similar personalized care environment is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a highly competitive salary ranging from USD 300,000 to 500,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. The compensation package includes additional incentives based on research productivity and patient outcomes.
