Cosmo Care Medical Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Concierge Internal Medicine Physician to provide high-quality medical care to our patients in Rockford, Illinois. This full-time, onsite position focuses on delivering personalized medical treatment through house calls and in-clinic visits, ensuring an optimal blend of accessibility and individualized care.

As a Concierge Internal Medicine Physician, you will serve a diverse patient population that values the high-touch approach of concierge care.
