Work Environment

Your practice will primarily be onsite at our telehealth facility in Gresham, where you will benefit from a welcoming environment equipped with the latest technology for both in-person and virtual consultations. Our team-oriented setup facilitates collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. You will enjoy a work schedule that allows for work-life balance, with office hours from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Saturdays.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine office visits for both acute and chronic health issues, ensuring thorough evaluations.
• Perform annual wellness visits and health risk assessments with a focus on detailed, precise documentation that reflects each patient’s health status.
• Carry out comprehensive physical examinations to diagnose and treat a range of illnesses, from common ailments to more complex health conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that encompass medication management and lifestyle modifications tailored to each patient's needs.
• Interpret various diagnostic tests, including X-rays and laboratory results, utilizing your expertise to guide clinical decision-making.
• Manage ongoing care for chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, ensuring continuous improvement in patient outcomes.
• Participate in patient care rounds and multidisciplinary conferences, where you will communicate management strategies and collaborate with the care team to enhance treatment plans.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
