Atlas Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative team in Aurora, Illinois. This full-time position involves direct patient care primarily in an onsite setting, focusing on concierge medicine and house calls. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality, comprehensive medical care under the Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT) model, ensuring every patient receives tailored preventative and management services.

Located in the vibrant community of Aurora, Illinois, our office provides a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for both patients and staff. As part of our onsite operations, you will experience a supportive work culture that values teamwork among diverse healthcare professionals, fostering an environment geared towards improving patient care. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional shared on-call responsibilities to ensure continuity of care.
As a physician at Atlas Medical Center, you will work primarily with adult patients who require ongoing management for both chronic and acute health conditions. This diverse panel includes a range of complexities requiring tailored interventions, from routine preventative care to more intensive medical management, supporting overall wellness and health stabilization.
Atlas Medical Center offers a competitive salary range between USD 250,000 and 320,000 annually, commensurate with experience. In addition to a base salary, we provide an annual performance bonus, regular salary adjustments, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid malpractice insurance. Our Total Rewards system includes a traditional federal pension with a 5-year vesting period and a federal 401K plan with up to 5% management contribution. We also offer health, vision, dental insurance, long-term care, and life insurance plans, many of which can be carried into retirement.
