Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical assessments and evaluate the health status of children through diagnostic examinations.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, in consultation with patients and their families.
• Administer and interpret various diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging, to develop effective treatment plans.
• Maintain detailed and accurate patient records, ensuring all patient histories and treatment plans are documented comprehensively.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and refer patients to specialists as needed, ensuring seamless care coordination.
• Actively engage with patients and families, educating them on health-related topics, including nutrition, safety, and wellness strategies.
• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams to integrate various aspects of care, including physical, emotional, and developmental considerations for each child.
• Stay current with pediatric research, medical advancements, and best practices to continually improve patient care methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide care for a diverse pediatric population, from newborns to adolescents, including children with complex health issues and chronic conditions. Qualifications

• A Medical Degree (MD or DO) with specialized training in pediatrics, including completion of a residency and fellowship in the field.
• Current medical license to practice pediatrics in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 180,000 to 330,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, the benefits package includes:
