Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments, accurately diagnosing mental health conditions and formulating individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient.
- Prescribe and manage effective psychotropic medications, ensuring patients’ safety through diligent monitoring and regular follow-ups.
- Implement ongoing psychiatric treatment by providing therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, helping patients navigate their mental health journeys.
- Engage in collaborative discussions with the multidisciplinary team to create and adjust comprehensive treatment plans that address the biological, psychological, and social aspects of patients’ conditions.
- Participate in case conferences and treatment team meetings, sharing insights and strategies to track patient progress and modify treatment paths as necessary.
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date electronic medical records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards and facilitating quality care delivery.

Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from an accredited medical school is essential.

- A proven track record of diagnosing and treating various psychiatric disorders is essential.
