Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose a range of neurological disorders and chronic pain syndromes.
• Utilize your expertise in EMG/NCV, EEG, BAER, and TCD testing to enhance diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes.
• Prescribe effective medication plans while closely monitoring patient responses and medication effects.
• Document detailed patient visits in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance and accuracy in patient histories and treatment plans.
• Participate in clinical quality improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing patient care and advancing treatment protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with the Medical Director and clinical teams to create a cohesive treatment strategy for a diverse patient base.
• Engage in continuing education and training to remain current with advancements in pain management techniques and best practices.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Pain Medicine or Anesthesiology with a subspecialty in Pain Management.
• A valid Texas medical license and DEA registration to practice.
• Proficient in interventional pain management techniques, with the ability to perform various pain-relieving procedures.
• Excellent communication skills, coupled with a patient-centered approach that prioritizes empathy and understanding.

Preferred Experience

• 3-5 years of hands-on patient care experience in the field of pain management or related specialties.
• Experience in multidisciplinary care settings, working alongside other healthcare professionals to devise holistic treatment approaches.
• Familiarity with the latest advancements and methods in pain management, continuing education in the field is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 350,000 to 500,000 annually based on your experience and performance. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
