Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations that include detailed physical examinations, thorough medical histories, and the ordering of relevant diagnostic tests.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs, integrating their medical histories and current health strategies.
• Effectively manage chronic health conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases with a strong emphasis on prevention and long-term management.
• Prescribe medications, expertly adjusting dosages based on continuous assessment of patient responses and educating them on their medication regimens and potential side effects.
• Engage in preventive care practices by providing health education focused on lifestyle modifications, disease prevention techniques, and overall wellness strategies.
• Interpret diagnostic test results to inform treatment decisions and educate patients on relevant findings, promoting transparency and understanding in their health care journey.
• Significantly contribute to the patient experience by building strong relationships through consistent follow-ups, personalized care, and open communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of this role will be on adult patients with varying health needs, ranging from routine health maintenance to complex chronic disease management. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each patient receives comprehensive and individualized care, addressing their physical, emotional, and social health needs.

Qualifications

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine is required.
• Must hold an active state medical license in good standing.
• Completed residency training in Internal Medicine.
• Demonstrated clinical knowledge and experience in internal medicine.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills coupled with a commitment to a patient-centered approach.
• Proficiency in electronic health records systems and a strong capacity for critical thinking and effective problem-solving.
• Continuous commitment to professional development and staying informed on advancements in medical practices.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with diverse patient populations, particularly within an outpatient primary care setting.
• Prior exposure to telehealth services and ability to effectively engage with patients using virtual care technologies.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 170,000 to 310,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
