Work Environment

Our pediatricians work in a state-of-the-art hospital facility that supports collaborative healthcare practices. The environment is designed to be welcoming and child-friendly, ensuring that both parents and their children feel comfortable during consultations. With an operating schedule from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, occasional weekend and evening shifts provide flexibility in managing patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to gather comprehensive medical histories and identify the reason for their visit.
• Perform detailed patient assessments, including physical examinations, developmental screenings, and diagnostic tests.
• Administer appropriate medical treatments and recommend additional wellness activities to enhance patient care.
• Develop tailored wellness plans that address specific patient needs, ensuring an individualized approach to care.
• Advise families on promoting healthy lifestyles, encompassing sleep hygiene, diet, and physical activity.
• Maintain accurate, confidential patient records within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring all information is current and precise.
• Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals, making referrals as appropriate to ensure comprehensive care.

Our clinic serves a diverse population of pediatric patients ranging from newborns to adolescents. Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Pediatrics.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric medicine, ideally in a clinical environment.
• Comprehensive proficiency in conducting pediatric assessments and implementing treatment strategies.
• In-depth knowledge of pediatric conditions, including but not limited to general pediatrics, neonatology, and childhood chronic illnesses.
• Strong familiarity with growth benchmarks and developmental milestones for children of all ages.
• Exceptional communication abilities to engage both patients and their families effectively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage patient documentation accurately.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telemedicine platforms.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous education and keeping abreast of advancements in pediatric medicine.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 225,000 to 275,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
