Commonwealth Hospital is actively seeking a dedicated Interventional Pain Management Specialist to fill a full-time position in our renowned pain management department. This position is primarily onsite within our hospital's specialized pain management department. You will be working in a state-of-the-art facility with access to the latest medical technology and tools. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life dynamic. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, primary care physicians, and mental health specialists, is an integral part of our approach to holistic patient care.
You will primarily serve patients experiencing chronic pain conditions as well as acute pain related to injuries and surgeries. This includes individuals with musculoskeletal pain, neuropathic pain, and cancer-related pain, each requiring a tailored approach to treatment. You will engage with a diverse patient population, ensuring an inclusive practice that respects the unique circumstances and backgrounds of each individual.
While previous experience in pain management or interventional pain treatments is preferred, motivated new graduates with a keen interest in pain medicine will also be considered. Specialization in advanced pain management interventions such as spinal cord stimulation and advanced imaging techniques is advantageous. Additionally, any fellowships in Pain Medicine or Interventional Pain Management would be a plus.
We offer a highly competitive salary range of $250,000 to $300,000 per year, complemented by performance-based incentives that reward clinical excellence.
