Work Environment

This role is clinic-based and involves onsite visits and concierge house calls in Cincinnati and surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical history reviews and physical examinations of the skin.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of skin issues, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and skin cancers, utilizing both medical and surgical dermatology techniques.
• Perform in-office procedures such as biopsies, cryotherapy, and laser treatments, ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout each process.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with the latest dermatological research and evidence-based practices.
• Collaborate closely with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences and superior care delivery.
• Educate patients on preventive skin care practices and the management of their conditions to promote long-term health and wellness.
• Participate in ongoing education and training initiatives to remain current with developments in dermatology.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your patients will include a diverse array of individuals seeking both cosmetic and medical dermatological care. You will be responsible for understanding not only their medical conditions but also their personal and emotional needs, delivering care with empathy and respect. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Dermatology.
• Board certification or eligibility for certification in Dermatology.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in Ohio.
• Demonstrated proficiency in dermatological procedures and diagnostics, including laser therapy and surgical interventions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing effective engagement with patients and their families.
• A strong commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a concierge or similar practice setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for managing patient data and appointments.
• Accomplished in performing various dermatologic procedures, including cosmetic injectables and skin resurfacing techniques.
