Work Environment

This full-time position is onsite at our modern facility, designed to support both patient care and staff collaboration, including telehealth options for consultations. You will work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours required for patient consultations or emergencies. Key Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments, reviewing medical histories and conducting physical examinations.
• Diagnose and stage cancer through comprehensive evaluations, utilizing laboratory tests, imaging studies, and biopsies.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies based on the specific cancer type and stage.
• Administer chemotherapy and other cancer treatments while actively monitoring for efficacy and managing any potential side effects.
• Engage in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, including surgical oncologists and radiation oncologists, to create cohesive treatment pathways.
• Participate in tumor boards, contributing to discussions that ensure comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide emotional and psychological support to both patients and families during the challenging journey through cancer treatment.
• Contribute to clinical trials and research studies, playing a role in advancing the field of oncology.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Engage in continuous medical education and stay informed on the latest advancements in oncology treatments and patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Valid medical license to practice oncology in New York.
• Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing and managing various types of cancer.
• Experience with administering chemotherapy and knowledge of treatment protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proven ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years experience in clinical oncology, preferably within a high-volume oncology setting.
• Familiarity with telehealth technology and remote patient management.
• Prior involvement in clinical trials or research projects is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 300,000 to 500,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
