We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Family Practice Physician to join our dynamic team at Care Family Clinic in Franklin, Tennessee. This full-time position is ideally suited for someone who values patient-centered care and is committed to improving the health outcomes of the families in our community. As a Family Practice Physician, you will be at the forefront of delivering comprehensive medical care, providing support to patients through preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic services.

This position is primarily onsite at our fully equipped outpatient clinic. In addition to direct patient care, you will have access to advanced telehealth capabilities that allow you to connect with patients in a flexible, accessible manner. Our clinic is designed to promote a collaborative atmosphere where healthcare professionals work together to ensure comprehensive patient care. The working hours include a schedule from Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend shifts as needed to meet patient demands.
Our Family Practice Physician will primarily cater to a diverse population of families in Franklin, TN, and the surrounding communities. The clinic sees patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors, providing a unique opportunity to impact the health and well-being of individuals throughout their lifespan. Special consideration is given to family dynamics, and the goal is to create relationships that foster trust and ongoing engagement with patients.
While a minimum of three years' experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with additional qualifications such as experience in managing rural health concerns, telehealth practices, and bilingual capabilities that can enhance patient communication and access.
