The position will be based in an onsite hospital setting, designed to offer a collaborative atmosphere that encourages teamwork among medical staff. This full-time position promotes a work-life balance, typically featuring a schedule of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations with patients to document their medical history and identify the reasons for their visits.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, utilizing your expertise in pediatric medicine to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Administer appropriate treatments, including vaccinations and ongoing health management protocols.
• Develop individualized wellness plans that address specific health concerns and conditions for each patient, ensuring a holistic approach to their development.
• Promote optimal health through education on nutrition, exercise, sleep, and preventative care.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time Pediatrician role offers a competitive salary within the range of USD 225,000 - 275,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
