Work Environment

Located in Fayetteville, NC, Universal Care Medical Clinic provides an onsite work environment tailored to treating patients through concierge medicine and house calls. Our modern facility is designed to foster collaboration among our staff while ensuring that patients receive uninterrupted and thorough care throughout their healthcare journeys. Our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 8 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30 AM to 5 PM on Saturdays, providing flexibility for both patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional primary care services, including routine office visits and management of acute medical conditions, ensuring each encounter is rooted in compassion and professionalism.
• Conduct comprehensive physical examinations to systematically diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, prescribing appropriate medications and therapies based on the latest clinical guidelines.
• Perform annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, with an emphasis on thorough documentation to facilitate ongoing patient management.
• Interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory results and imaging studies, to make informed medical decisions and enhance patient outcomes.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, providing ongoing care to help patients achieve their health goals.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration by participating in patient care rounds and conferences, effectively communicating management strategies to the Care Team.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical institution.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in North Carolina, with no disciplinary actions pending.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining high standards of medical practice.
• Minimum of 3 years of post-residency experience in a family medicine setting, signifying your capability to deliver outstanding patient care.

Compensation and Benefits
