Wellness Doctor Associates is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Internal Medicine Physician to join our innovative team in Elk River, Idaho. Work Environment

This position is onsite at our Elk River facility, which also includes telehealth services. The work setting is supportive and dynamic, providing the necessary infrastructure to allow our physicians to thrive. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional shared on-call duties, ensuring our patients receive continuous care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed patient evaluations, encompassing physical examinations and in-depth analysis of medical histories.
• Develop customized treatment plans utilizing state-of-the-art medical technology and evidence-based practices.
• Order and interpret a variety of diagnostic tests to inform accurate diagnosis and treatment decisions.
• Manage patient medications and treatments while monitoring their health progress and adjusting plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including specialists and nursing staff, to provide holistic care to all patients.
• Educate patients on disease prevention methods and encourage lifestyle modifications that promote overall health.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant medical records in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing research initiatives and participate in continuing medical education to stay abreast of evolving practices in internal medicine.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Internal Medicine or eligibility for board certification.
• A valid medical license to practice in Idaho.

Compensation and Benefits
