Work Environment

This position is based onsite, offering a unique concierge medicine model focused on house calls. You will operate in an innovative healthcare setting that allows for more personalized engagement with patients, enhancing their satisfaction and health outcomes. Our schedule is conducive to maintaining work-life balance, as you will primarily work Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with shared on-call responsibilities among your colleagues to ensure continuous care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and gather detailed medical histories to assess patient health.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans utilizing state-of-the-art medical technology and evidence-based practices.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as imaging studies and lab work to formulate accurate diagnoses.
• Engage in multidisciplinary teamwork to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care across various health domains.
• Maintain meticulous and compliant medical records in alignment with legal regulations.
• Conduct complex surgical procedures as necessary, including minimally invasive options across multiple specialties such as orthopedics, gynecology, and cardiovascular care.
• Lead and participate in comprehensive cardiac care initiatives, including programs specifically dedicated to heart failure management.
• Oversee and utilize accredited diagnostic imaging services effectively for both inpatient and outpatient requirements.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role is competitive, offering an annual salary ranging from $250,000 to $320,000, commensurate with experience. Our benefits include:
