Work Environment

This role is based onsite, engaging directly with patients in a concierge-like setting that prioritizes personalized care. We operate through house calls and in-clinic appointments, employing a state-of-the-art electronic health record system, EPIC, that is fully integrated throughout our health system. The onsite collegial atmosphere encourages collaborative practice, where all members of the healthcare team work closely together to achieve the best outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional primary care services, with a focus on preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
• Conduct office visits for both routine and urgent medical concerns, ensuring a thorough evaluation and patient-centric approach.
• Perform annual wellness visits and health risk assessments, requiring detailed documentation and a comprehensive understanding of patient health.
• Carry out comprehensive physical examinations to accurately diagnose and treat a range of illnesses and injuries.
• Develop, implement, and communicate individualized treatment plans, including prescription of necessary medications.
• Utilize diagnostic tools effectively, interpreting results from lab tests and imaging studies, such as X-rays.
• Manage chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, ensuring continuity of care and regular follow-up.
• Engage in patient care rounds and interdisciplinary conferences, effectively communicating and collaborating with the healthcare team to discuss care strategies and enhance overall patient management.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• Valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in New Jersey, with a clean disciplinary history.
• Board certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine, showing dedication to excellence in the field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building patient rapport and effective collaboration within the healthcare team.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience as a Primary Care Physician, preferably in a concierge or similar patient-centered practice.
• Experience working with a diverse patient population and an understanding of their unique healthcare needs.
• Multilingual capabilities are advantageous, enhancing communication with our diverse patient base.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $200,000 to $250,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to guaranteed compensation, our benefits package includes:
