Work Environment

This role is primarily onsite, immersing you directly in the community and allowing you to make house calls for a hands-on approach to patient care. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and managing a variety of pediatric illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries in children, utilizing your clinical skills and judgment.
• Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging studies, to inform treatment decisions.
• Collecting, recording, and maintaining accurate patient histories, ensuring meticulous documentation for continuity of care.
• Prescribing appropriate treatments, therapies, and medications, as well as administering vaccinations in accordance with established protocols.
• Communicating test results and treatment plans clearly to both children and their parents, fostering an understanding of health and wellness concepts.
• Monitoring patients' progress and outcomes, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on clinical evaluations.
• Collaborating closely with nurses, medical assistants, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.
• Offering guidance and support to parents and guardians on children's nutrition, physical activity, hygiene, and preventive health measures.
• Engaging in ongoing research and professional development to stay current with trends and advancements in pediatric medicine, strengthening your clinical acumen.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be responsible for the health management of a diverse population of pediatric patients, from newborns to adolescents. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 180,000 to 330,000 per year, commensurate with experience and specialty expertise.
