Work Environment

This role is onsite at our outpatient office, where clinicians engage with patients in a vibrant and supportive environment. Office hours are structured for maximum accessibility: from 8:30 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturdays, enabling you to accommodate a busy patient schedule while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional primary care services through thorough office visits for routine and acute health issues, ensuring equitable access to care for all patients.
• Conduct annual wellness visits and comprehensive health risk assessments that require thoughtful documentation and a wide-ranging view of patient health.
• Perform detailed physical examinations to accurately diagnose and manage a variety of medical conditions and injuries.
• Devise and implement personalized treatment plans, including medication management that aligns with patients' specific health needs.
• Utilize clinical expertise to interpret diagnostic tests, effectively communicating results and necessary next steps to patients and their families.
• Manage ongoing care of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and asthma, providing continuity and coordination across the healthcare continuum.
• Engage actively in patient care rounds and team conferences, sharing insights and strategies to ensure a cohesive patient management approach across our care team.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree from an accredited medical school.
• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in New Jersey; a clean disciplinary record is essential.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, reflecting your expertise and dedication to this field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a family medicine practice, demonstrating your ability to handle diverse patient cases effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong relationships with patients and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical-thinking skills that inform accurate diagnostics and optimize management strategies.

Preferred Experience

Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is preferred, as this position involves documentation and continuity of care management. Familiarity with practice management software will enhance your efficiency in patient scheduling and communication. Additionally, prior experience in a community health setting can be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of $250,000 to $320,000, commensurate with your experience, skills, and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
