Work Environment

This full-time position is primarily onsite in our state-of-the-art facility, with an option to conduct telehealth consultations as needed. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evening and weekend hours to accommodate patient needs. Our clinic's design prioritizes comfort and accessibility, ensuring a welcoming environment for children and families alike.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations of patients, gathering detailed medical histories and identifying health concerns during consultations.
• Conduct comprehensive physical assessments to diagnose conditions and administer appropriate treatments, maintaining the highest standards of care.
• Develop tailored wellness plans that address individual health goals, incorporating preventive measures and lifestyle advice.
• Encourage healthy behaviors by providing guidance on nutrition, physical activity, and sleep hygiene, thereby promoting overall health.
• Document all patient interactions and treatments meticulously, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and in compliance with medical regulations.
• Make necessary referrals to specialists when management of specific health conditions is needed, coordinating care for optimal patient outcomes.
• Stay abreast of the latest pediatric health trends and treatment methodologies, committing to ongoing education and development as a healthcare professional.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited institution, demonstrating a commitment to professional excellence.

• A valid and unrestricted medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee.
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a pediatric clinical setting, providing a solid foundation for understanding diverse pediatric health issues.
• Exceptional skills in conducting assessments and interpreting results from diagnostic tests.
• In-depth knowledge of pediatrics, covering general care, specialty areas such as neonatology and pediatric cardiology, and insight into growth and developmental milestones.
• Strong communication abilities, capable of fostering meaningful dialogues with patients, families, and interdisciplinary medical teams.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a fast-paced clinical environment is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telemedicine platforms is an asset to streamline patient care processes.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of USD 225,000 to 275,000 annually, supplemented by quarterly bonuses for performance excellence. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
