This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 500,000 to 600,000 annually. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and interpret various nuclear medicine imaging procedures like PET and SPECT scans to provide accurate diagnoses.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging processes, collaborating closely with technologists and nursing staff.
• Analyze imaging data and provide clear diagnostic reports and treatment recommendations to referring physicians.
• Maintain thorough and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with all documentation standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development by staying current with advancements in nuclear medicine techniques and technologies.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine degree (MD) or equivalent medical degree from an accredited institution.
• Completion of residency training in nuclear medicine or a related accredited core specialty training program, allowing for eligibility for board certification.
• Possession of a full, unrestricted medical license to practice in the United States, along with active state medical certifications in nuclear medicine.
• Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting nuclear imaging results, with an emphasis on translating findings into actionable clinical insights.
• Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective discussions about imaging outcomes with both patients and healthcare team members.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary healthcare environment focused on quality patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience

• Extensive expertise in clinical nuclear medicine, covering areas such as nuclear cardiology, radionuclide therapy, and hybrid molecular imaging techniques.
• Experience administering unsealed source radionuclide therapies for patients with various cancers, including thyroid, neuroendocrine, prostate, and liver tumors.
