The work setting for this role is onsite at our Valley Stream facility, where you will engage with patients in a unique concierge medicine format. This model allows you to spend more time with your patients, focusing on comprehensive assessments and tailored health plans delivered right in their homes or in our advanced facility. The hours will primarily be Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility for evening or weekend consultations as required for patient needs.
