The PM&R Physician will work in a modern outpatient office located in the vibrant city of Chicago, Illinois. The PM&R Physician will primarily focus on patients with TBI, concussions, strokes, and a diverse range of other neurological conditions. This role emphasizes the importance of personalized care, aiming to maximize patient independence in daily living and working skills. Through individualized rehabilitation plans and evidence-based practices, you will significantly impact patients’ recovery journeys and overall quality of life.
Experience in an outpatient rehabilitation setting or familiarity with managing neurological conditions will be advantageous. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of successful patient engagement strategies and clinical initiative development.
