Beacon Spring Hospital is seeking a dedicated and experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our adult primary care network in beautiful Bend, Oregon. This full-time position allows you to focus on providing high-quality care in an outpatient setting, with an emphasis on managing chronic conditions, preventive care, and diagnostic evaluations. You will have the autonomy to forge meaningful relationships with patients, supported by a collaborative team and advanced medical infrastructure.

The role is located onsite within our modern outpatient office, designed to facilitate collaboration among healthcare professionals. You will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexible scheduling options available. As an Internal Medicine Physician in our practice, you will predominantly care for adult patients, including a significant geriatric population. You will encounter diverse health challenges, allowing you to utilize your full range of skills in diagnosing and treating chronic conditions, while also playing a vital role in preventive health strategies. Your commitment to fostering long-term patient relationships will greatly contribute to their overall health outcomes and satisfaction.
While we expect at least two years of post-training experience, candidates with a track record of working within an outpatient internal medicine setting or in academic roles will excel in this position. Experience collaborating within multi-disciplinary teams to manage holistic patient care is highly desirable.
