Into The Future Pediatrics is seeking a dedicated and empathetic Pediatrician to join our esteemed practice in Memphis, Tennessee. This full-time position focuses on providing high-quality, patient-centric care to children through a unique concierge medicine model that emphasizes accessibility and customized attention.

Work Environment

This role involves working onsite in a welcoming and family-friendly environment. Our facility offers concierge medicine and house call services, allowing us to cater to the unique needs of our young patients in various settings. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional evenings and weekends based on patient needs. This flexibility allows our Pediatrician to maintain a healthy work-life balance while still dedicating themselves to patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting regular check-ups, developmental screenings, and comprehensive health assessments for children from infancy to adolescence.
• Diagnosing and treating common pediatric illnesses, as well as managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Administering vaccinations and providing preventative health care to promote lifelong wellness in children.
• Creating personalized treatment plans for patients with ongoing health concerns, collaborating with specialists when necessary.
• Educating parents and caregivers on vital topics such as child development, nutrition, and health maintenance strategies.
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population consists of diverse families from Memphis and the surrounding areas, including children from various socioeconomic backgrounds. As a Pediatrician at Into The Future Pediatrics, you will have the opportunity to advocate for children's health, providing services that address both immediate medical needs and long-term wellness through education and preventative care.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree in Medicine (MD) from an accredited medical institution.
• Active medical license in the state of Tennessee and board certification in Pediatrics.
• A completed 3-year residency program in Pediatrics with hands-on clinical experience.
• Proven strong communication skills and the ability to connect with patients and families.
• A compassionate bedside manner, providing comfort and support to children and their caregivers.
• Skilled diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for continuous learning and development.

Preferred Experience

In addition to the required qualifications, we prefer candidates with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in pediatric practice. Experience in a concierge medical setting or pediatric house calls would be considered a plus, as our model emphasizes patient accessibility and individualized care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 225,000 to 275,000 per year, supplemented by a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
