Work Environment

The Pediatrician will work onsite in a welcoming outpatient clinic setting tailored for concierge medicine. This unique work environment provides clinicians the opportunity to offer personalized care through house calls and extended patient interaction. Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend shifts; these hours allow us to accommodate the families we serve without compromising quality care. The clinic is equipped with the latest healthcare technology and supportive staff to facilitate seamless patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

As our Pediatrician, you will:

• Conduct thorough check-ups and comprehensive developmental screenings for children at various growth stages.
• Diagnose and treat common ailments, including viral infections, allergies, and injuries.
• Administer immunizations and educate families about preventative care strategies.
• Create individualized treatment plans for children with chronic conditions, coordinating ongoing management and follow-ups.
• Collaborate closely with pediatric specialists and allied health professionals to ensure holistic and integrated care for each child.
• Provide guidance and resources to parents and caregivers on nutrition, developmental milestones, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Participate in community health initiatives and contribute to awareness programs targeting pediatric health.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of three years in pediatric medicine is required, we highly value candidates with experience in concierge or personalized pediatric care models. Compensation and Benefits
