The successful candidate will work onsite at our hospital facility in Collins, New York, which is equipped with modern medical technologies and resources. The work schedule is set from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of shared on-call duties among team members. This structure allows for a balanced work-life experience while ensuring that our patients receive timely and attentive care.
Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical examinations, and interpreting diagnostic tests such as lab work and imaging studies to ensure accurate diagnoses.
Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate the latest medical research and innovative practices, aimed at effectively managing chronic illnesses and enhancing patient well-being.
Prescribe and manage pharmacological therapies and lifestyle interventions, adjusting treatment regimens as necessary to optimize patient health.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including specialists, nurses, and administrative staff, ensuring cohesive and coordinated patient care across all departments.
Provide education to patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment alternatives, and lifestyle changes, empowering them to take an active role in their health journey.

As an Internal Medicine Physician, you will serve a diverse patient demographic, including adults with varying degrees of health complexities.
