Work Environment

This role will be based primarily in our outpatient clinic setting, designed to provide a friendly and efficient experience for both patients and families. Our state-of-the-art facility supports standard in-person visits and has provisions for telehealth consultations, allowing for flexible patient interactions. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekend and evening shifts to ensure availability for our patients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive check-ups and developmental screenings to assess the health and growth of children.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of common and complex childhood illnesses and injuries.
• Administer vaccines and other preventative health measures in accordance with established guidelines.
• Formulate personalized treatment plans for children with chronic conditions, collaborating with specialists as needed.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and follow-up.
• Engage with parents and caregivers through education on child development, nutrition, health promotion, and disease prevention.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The primary focus of our practice is the pediatric population, which ranges from newborns to adolescents. Qualifications

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent degree from an accredited institution.
• Active state medical license in Ohio and board certification in Pediatrics.
• Completion of a three-year ACGME-accredited residency program in Pediatrics.
• Exceptional communication abilities and a compassionate bedside manner.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of making informed decisions in fast-paced situations.
• A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to lifelong learning and staying abreast of the latest pediatric care practices.
• Impeccable professional record with no board actions.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in a pediatric practice setting, particularly in an outpatient environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to streamline patient documentation and care coordination.
• Involvement in community health initiatives related to pediatric health and wellness.
• Demonstrated ability in patient education strategies, tailored to diverse families.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive salary in the range of $225,000 to $275,000 annually, with opportunities for a quarterly performance-based bonus.
