Work Environment

This position requires on-site work at our hospital setting, where you will have access to state-of-the-art resources and support staff. The typical work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional weekends and evenings as necessary to attend to our patients’ needs. Your day will consist of a combination of patient consultations, team meetings, and continuing education activities, all aimed at fostering a culture of compassion and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough routine check-ups and developmental screenings for children to assess their growth and health status.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of pediatric illnesses and injuries, ensuring evidence-based approaches to care.
• Administer vaccinations and provide preventative care strategies to promote long-term health in our young patients.
• Create detailed treatment plans for children with chronic conditions, collaborating closely with specialists as needed.
• Facilitate effective communication between parents and children, offering guidance on topics such as nutrition, mental health, and physical activity.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
