Work Environment

As part of a hybrid role that integrates telehealth with traditional onsite patient care, our Internists benefit from a modern work facility designed to facilitate both in-person and virtual interactions. The practice operates Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with occasional on-call responsibilities among the team, ensuring balanced workloads and continuous patient support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations, which include reviewing medical histories, performing detailed physical examinations, and executing diagnostic assessments to inform treatment plans.
• Develop individualized treatment strategies based on the latest evidence-based practices and medical advancements, tailoring approaches to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as laboratory analyses and imaging studies to facilitate accurate diagnoses and informed treatment decisions.
• Prescribe, manage, and monitor medications and other therapeutic interventions to promote optimal patient health and recovery.
• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of specialists, nurses, and support staff to provide holistic, high-quality patient care that aligns with our organization’s mission.
• Educate and counsel patients on disease prevention, available treatment options, and necessary lifestyle modifications aimed at enhancing their overall health and well-being.
• Ensure meticulous documentation of patient interactions and care plans, adhering strictly to regulatory standards and organizational policies.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
