Little Steps Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join our compassionate and innovative medical team in Needham, Massachusetts. The Pediatrician will work in our outpatient office located in Needham, MA, an inviting and collaborative setting designed to foster teamwork and optimal patient care. Our facility operates primarily during weekdays with the potential for weekend availability, ensuring we are accessible to families at their convenience. We employ a seamless Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system and utilize telemedicine technology, allowing our staff to provide care efficiently.
Our practice is dedicated to serving a diverse pediatric population, with a particular focus on children with various medical complexities. The Pediatrician will work collaboratively with a team of mid-level providers to comprehensively address the needs of up to 30 patients per day during peak seasons, such as cold and flu periods. There is no obligation for in-hospital rounding or on-call duties, allowing our physicians to focus on delivering outpatient care.
